In real estate investing time truly is money. Marketing a property can be time consuming, and with each passing day, the property becomes more of a burden to the investor that is trying to sell the property. The key to prospering in these situations is how you structure your deal with the seller. Your goal should always be to structure the deal so that you can walk away if the property doesnt sell. The biggest mistake a novice can make is to negotiate a deal that will cost too much money up front.
